About the role :
-
Evaluation of new mining projects: Evaluate financial models and quantitative analysis on projects & investment targets
-
Preparation of investment report: Conduct technical research and feasibility study on new projects of potential investments
-
Supporting Investment deal: Support deal execution including financial modelling, due diligence, documentation

Market Research: Conduct in-depth research and presentation on the Commodity, Renewable energy, Hydrogen, technical developments on Hydrogen production and LiB Value Chain

Investment contract review: Preparing and advising on shareholders agreements and other Joint venture arrangements

Investment Management: Conduct capital budgeting and project forecasting for revenue and market risk management Participating in JV meeting of invested projects / Follow-up of JV issue / Managing and undertaking technical/commercial review of relevant contracts with Joint Ventures and other parties

Board Meeting preparation: Preparing and delivering internal report for executive board members

Other Ad hoc work: Confer with managers to coordinate activities with other sections within the Company
Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualification in Mining/Engineering/Geometry
