About the role :

Provides and manages comprehensive personal injury files across CTP, Work injury and Public liability claims

Conducts initial client consult, interviewing clients to evaluate the case and /or its viability

Prepares various legal correspondence and court documents for clients and third parties, including bodies and government departments

Effectively assesses claims, including liability and quantum
-
Attends client meetings, court hearings and conferences

Develops strong relationships with clients

Collaborates internally to deliver effective solutions and ensure the best outcomes in achieved for the client
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
-
1~3 year PAE
-
Takes a proactive role in the professional development of junior lawyers within the firm
-
Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
-
Chinese/Korean Language skill (preference)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook)

Excellent critical thinking and evaluation skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Advanced client management skills
-
Over 1 year of work experience
Job Type: Full time permanent
Salary: Upon offer (Be aware of the Australian minimum wage of AUD20.33/hr)
